Our creative conference AV production – step-by-step

Step one: You get in touch – by phone or email

This is where it begins. Tell us about the tone you want to set, the goals of the day and the theme of your event. Share your ideas with us, and the basics (such as your budget, dates, venue, delegate numbers and so on). We’ll then ask a few questions to explore what you’re looking for (there’s never any pressure – only our advice and input).

Step two: We begin to bring your vision to life

Now that we have a deep understanding of your vision, our creatives will get to work. We promise innovative design and technical precision. Moving forwards, we can create CAD based visualisations, to show you exactly what we have in mind if required.

Throughout the planning and development process, there will be meetings and briefings – we welcome your feedback and build upon your input. We’ll work with you to get it right.

Step three: On the day

Our audio visual equipment is cutting-edge, inspected pre and post-event, as well as undergoing regular PAT testing and safety certifications.

Every venue has its own pros and cons. We’ll have planned well in advance to ensure that we make the most of the venue’s advantages and overcome any of its challenges. We can even visit the site in person beforehand. All of which will allow you to sit back and enjoy a stress-free, successful conference production.
