We’re currently looking for:-

  • **NEW** Event Audio Visual Technician (Permanent)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and keen audio visual technician to join the team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll work within your chosen field of lighting, sound or video. The role will be split between on site installing, operating and de-rigging equipment, prepping and de-prepping equipment in the warehouse. The role will involve out of hours work including evenings and weekends (overtime available).

You’ll have a get up and go attitude; and bring your own ideas, innovations and support us in our goal of constantly improving. You’ll have superb client facing skills and be a team player; working well under pressure and have a high attention to detail.

Salary Range – £24,000-£36,000 + Benefits, dependent on experience.

  • **NEW** Office Manager / Office Admin (Permanent)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and lead the office operations, keeping the company organised and ensuring office projects and admin is processed and moving forward.

Taking the lead with organising systems, structures, budgets and admin – you will be the glue that holds the company together, ensuring all team members are supported and processes are carried out internally. Responsibilities include:-

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Handling Project Admin, Crew Booking, Hotel Booking and other admin functions of projects
  • Managing Office Contracts, Supplies, and Operations
  • Managing Timesheets, Toil, Holiday & Employee HR issues
  • Working with the bookkeeper to manage expenses and drive down costs/manage budgets/ ensure effective analytics of expenditure
  • Working with our marketing agency to ensure they are supported
  • Supporting the company and director with ongoing tasks and projects

Salary Range – £24,000-28,000 + Benefits

  • **NEW** Warehouse Assistant / Driver (Permanent)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at our warehouse in Wootton, between Bedford and Milton Keynes as a AV Warehouse Assistant / Driver. In this role you will support the preparation of our extensive stock of professional lighting, audio and video equipment. Your work will be essential to the delivery of a wide range of events.

You will handle a wide range of lighting, audio & video equipment, with the opportunity to learn a huge amount in the process. You will ensure equipment is despatched on time and loaded safely onto vehicles to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. You will check equipment back in upon return, maintaining stock control and conducting basic repairs and maintenance where necessary.

Salary Range – £19,000-24,000 + Benefits
