Upgrading premises is always an exciting time for any company. But for us, this is key strategic step along our journey to support more clients, with larger events. Our new, purpose equipped facility is centrally located next to Junction 13 of the M1 – allowing fast access to our clients and venues.
Our new warehouse is a fantastic upgrade – completely brand new and representing a 240% increase in space, it increases our capabilities substantially to support events and clients better.
This move has been a long time coming, and we’re really excited to have now fully moved across, and be completely up and running…
Our New Warehouse Journey
In mid 2019, we were bursting at the seams, and started our search for new premises.
By mid 2019, our warehouse was full to bursting with event equipment. So, last summer we began the search for a new warehouse, the ultimate result of which was Bedford Commercial Park – a new technology and innovation business park designed specifically to grow jobs in the region. The vision and ambition of this location reflects our own, as we aim to continue our growth in the coming months and years. We secured our new unit towards the end of 2019.
In late December 2019, we got the keys.
We collected our keys in December 2019, and the kit-out commenced. Over the next 2 and a half months our new unit was fitted with dedicated set and fabrication areas, workstations, tools, racking, storage solutions and parts areas to enable us to operate more efficiently, effectively and seamlessly.

In Mid Feb 2020, we officially moved and opened for Business on Innovation Way.
After a lot of work, late nights, early mornings and a large investment, our move was complete. Our new home features a warehouse and offices that together offer almost three times more space than that of our old unit.
Our brand new offices have been fitted out and purpose-designed for our needs.
As the first occupants of this brand new warehouse and facility, we’ve looked at our operations with a fresh set of eyes and designed our new space from the ground up – ensuring flexibility, efficiency and space to grow.
Being based at the new Bedford Commercial Park places us immediately adjacent to the A421 at Bedford, close to J13 of the M1 and 12 miles west of the A1 Black Cat roundabout.
March 2020 – Mayor Dave Hodgson cuts the ribbon
We were lucky enough to be visited by the Mayor Dave Hodgson for the opening of the park. This is what he had to say on the day…
